Using and customising templates
Start from a proven form instead of a blank canvas.
Templates are complete, realistic forms — contact, registration, feedback, job application, order forms and more — that you can copy into your account in one click.
- Open Templates from the dashboard or the main site navigation.
- Preview any template to see exactly what respondents would see.
- Click Use this template. A copy lands in your account as a new draft.
- Edit anything you like — the template itself is never affected.
Note: If a template contains fields your plan doesn't include, those fields are removed from your copy rather than blocking it. Upgrade and add them back whenever you're ready.
