Digitings ("we") operates Formspry. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of those who respond to your forms.

Account information: name, email address, and password (stored only as a secure hash) when you register.

Form & response data: the forms you create and the responses your respondents submit.

Payment information: when you upgrade, payments are processed by our payment processor (Razorpay). We do not store your full card details on our servers.

Usage data: basic technical information such as log data and device/browser information used to operate and secure the Service.

We use information to provide and improve the Service, authenticate users, process payments, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

We share data only with service providers who help us run the Service — for example hosting, database, and payment providers — under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We may disclose information if required by law.

We retain your account and form data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may delete forms and responses at any time, and may request deletion of your account.

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

When you collect responses through Formspry, you are the data controller for that data and are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from your respondents. We act as a processor on your behalf.

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Formspry offers an official AI connector (an MCP server) and API that let you connect your account to third-party AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude. When you connect an assistant, you authorize it — through our OAuth flow — to access and act on your account on your behalf, for example to create forms, edit them, and read your form responses.

Access is granted through revocable access tokens; we share only the data needed to carry out the requests you make through the connected assistant, and we do not sell this data. You can review or revoke a connection at any time from your dashboard, or by removing the connector in the AI assistant. The assistant's own use of any data it receives is governed by that provider's privacy policy.
