Refund & Cancellation Policy

Formspry paid plans are billed on a recurring (monthly) basis. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. We do not automatically prorate or refund partial billing periods unless required by law.

If you believe you were charged in error or are unsatisfied, contact us within 7 days of the charge at support@formspry.com. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor and may take 5–10 business days to reflect.

The Free plan requires no payment and can be used indefinitely subject to its limits. No charges apply and therefore no refunds are relevant for the Free plan.
