These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Formspry (the "Service"), a form-building platform operated by Digitings ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to use the Service to collect, store, or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, infringing, or that violates the privacy or rights of others. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, disrupt its operation, or use it to send spam.

You retain ownership of the forms you build and the responses you collect ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service. You are solely responsible for Your Content and for complying with all applicable laws when collecting data from respondents.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Prices are shown on our Pricing page and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the plan you choose until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digitings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
