Design, theming and adding your logo
Match your form to your brand with colours, fonts and a header image.
Open the Design tab in the builder to change how your form looks. Changes preview live as you make them.
- Accent colour — used for buttons, focus rings and progress.
- Background and card style — control the page around your form.
- Corner radius and font — small touches that make a form feel like part of your site.
- Logo / header image — upload an image that sits at the top of the form.
Note: Theming is a Pro feature. On the Free plan, forms use Formspry's default look and carry a small Formspry badge.
Removing Formspry branding
Upgrade to Pro or Business and the badge disappears from all your forms automatically — there's no separate setting to toggle.
