Multi-page forms and progress bars

Break long forms into steps so more people finish them.

Long forms get abandoned. Splitting them into short pages consistently improves completion.

In the builder, drag a Page break element to where you want one page to end.
Everything above it becomes page one, everything below becomes page two. Add more breaks for more pages.
Respondents get Back and Next buttons, plus a progress bar showing how far along they are.

Note: Answers are only saved when the final page is submitted — so keep pages short and don't ask for anything you don't genuinely need.
