An integration isn't working
Why a Slack, Sheets or CRM step might not be running.
- Did you Save the form after adding the step? Automations aren't stored until the form is saved.
- Is the step toggled On? Each step has its own On switch.
- Are you on the Business plan? Automations don't run on Free or Pro.
- Are the credentials still valid? API keys and tokens expire or get revoked — regenerate and paste the new one.
- For webhooks, is your endpoint publicly reachable and returning a 2xx status? We treat anything else as a failure.
Note: One failing step never blocks the others, and a response is always saved even if every integration fails — so you'll never lose data because of an integration problem.
