Upgrading, downgrading and cancelling

Upgrading

Open Pricing, choose a plan and pay. The upgrade applies immediately — new features are usable straight away, no waiting or re-login.

Renewals and expiry

We email you before your plan is due to renew. If a subscription expires, your account moves to the Free plan automatically.

What happens to your data

• Nothing is deleted. Every form and response stays exactly where it is.
• Forms that use higher-plan features stop accepting new responses until you upgrade again or remove those features.
• You can still view and export everything you've already collected.
