Custom thank-you message or redirect
Control what happens the moment someone hits submit.
By default respondents see a simple confirmation. In your form's settings you can change that.
- Thank-you message — write your own text. Good for next steps: 'We'll reply within one working day.'
- Redirect URL — send people to a page on your own site instead. Useful for conversion tracking and for keeping them on your website.
Note: If you set a redirect it takes priority over the thank-you message.
