Signing in and account security
Email/password, Google sign-in, and what to do if you're locked out.
You can sign in to Formspry two ways: with your email and password, or with one-click Google sign-in.
Using Google sign-in
Click Sign in with Google on the login page. If your Google email matches an existing Formspry account, the two are linked automatically — you won't end up with a duplicate account.
Forgot your password
- On the login page click Forgot password?
- Enter your account email. We send a reset link that's valid for one hour.
- Open the link and choose a new password.
Note: Reset emails occasionally land in spam or Promotions. If it hasn't arrived in a couple of minutes, check there before requesting another.
