Refunding a payment taken on your form
How to return money to a respondent.
Because payments go straight into your Razorpay account, refunds are issued from Razorpay, not from Formspry.
- Open the response in Formspry and note the payment reference.
- Find that payment in your Razorpay dashboard.
- Issue a full or partial refund there.
Note: Refunding in Razorpay doesn't delete the response in Formspry. Delete it separately if you want it gone from your records.
