Using Formspry from ChatGPT or Claude

Formspry has an official AI connector, so you can create forms, publish them and read responses by asking an assistant in plain English — for example, 'Create a feedback form with a star rating and a comments box, then give me the link.'

Connecting

1. In your AI assistant, add a custom connector pointing at https://formspry.com/api/mcp
2. Click Connect. You'll be sent to Formspry to sign in and approve access.
3. Once approved, the assistant can work with your forms.

What it can do

• Create a form from a description, with fields, and publish it.
• Add fields to an existing form.
• List your forms and read recent responses.
• Show analytics: views, completion rate, paid responses and revenue.
