How to add a form to your website (embed guide)

13 July 2026 · 3 min read

Once your form is built, you'll want it on your website. Formspry gives you two simple options — no developer required.

Option 1: share a link

Every published form has a public link you can put on a button, in your bio, in an email or in a WhatsApp message. Great when you want the form on its own clean page.

Option 2: embed it inline

Publish your form, click Embed, and copy the snippet. Paste it into any web page — WordPress, Wix, Shopify, Webflow or plain HTML — and the form appears right inside your page, styled to match your theme.

Match your brand

On Pro and Business, the Design tab lets you set your accent colour, font and width so the embedded form blends into your site. Nothing looks bolted-on.
